The Z180 & 64180

A Z80 with timers, DMA and serial port on-board. Also on-board MMU. My idea of a good embedded
microcontroller, and here it is the Zilog Z180 and Hitachi HD64180. I have used hundreds of these!
Like many other microcontrollers they can be found in many devices, doing some interesting jobs!
The picture below shows an 8MHz Zilog Z180 in a piece of line communication kit.
